  • Welcome to Tru Identity Photography+Designs

    My name is Stefani Peterson, I am the lead photographer and owner of Tru Identity Photography+Designs.

    I began Tru Identity in 2008, kind of by accident... I was a dance/drill team director and first grade teacher for three years when I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. I made the team and decided to put teaching aside (I could always go back to it) while I embraced this amazing opportunity of being a DCC. During this time, I bought my first Canon camera, learned the ins-and-outs of photography and shooting in manual, and started photographing anything and everything (and everyone) that would let me. And as they say, the rest is history!

Alyssa’s Senior Pics

05.12.09

I met Alyssa to shoot her senior pics a couple weeks ago in Frisco.  She was so natural in front of the camera that it made my job EEEEAAASSYY! Not to mention had great taste in clothing and color choice. Her red hair made the photos even more fabulous and eye catching! Definitely a photographers dream! I love it when I see girls become confident in front of the camera and trust my artistic view with their images.

Thanks for showing me your fun outgoing personality! It was a blast getting to capture your personality and sassiness. Who would have guessed the wind was blowing 30mph in these photo?? Hope you enjoy your pics.
