  • Welcome to Tru Identity Photography+Designs

    My name is Stefani Peterson, I am the lead photographer and owner of Tru Identity Photography+Designs.

    I began Tru Identity in 2008, kind of by accident... I was a dance/drill team director and first grade teacher for three years when I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. I made the team and decided to put teaching aside (I could always go back to it) while I embraced this amazing opportunity of being a DCC. During this time, I bought my first Canon camera, learned the ins-and-outs of photography and shooting in manual, and started photographing anything and everything (and everyone) that would let me. And as they say, the rest is history!

Justin+Jennifer, 04.17.09…. Part 1

Here comes the first post of Justin and Jennifer’s wedding in April… They could be summed up in one word… Happy! and they love the camera… what hams!… I think the feeling is mutual;)I have known these two for what seems like forever, so I was glad to see them finally hitched!!
