  • Welcome to Tru Identity Photography+Designs

    My name is Stefani Peterson, I am the lead photographer and owner of Tru Identity Photography+Designs.

    I began Tru Identity in 2008, kind of by accident... I was a dance/drill team director and first grade teacher for three years when I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. I made the team and decided to put teaching aside (I could always go back to it) while I embraced this amazing opportunity of being a DCC. During this time, I bought my first Canon camera, learned the ins-and-outs of photography and shooting in manual, and started photographing anything and everything (and everyone) that would let me. And as they say, the rest is history!

Ok, here is the wedding photos you have all been waiting for… Katie and Blake’s wedding at the end of May!! I commented earlier that between Tracy, my assistant, and I took 4,000 photos… yes, that is 3 zeros after the 4! It was that fabulous we couldn’t contain ourselves:)

So here is the first round of my favorites…. the reception blog with come next it has to have one of it’s own because it deserves so many photos to be posted… FABULOUS!!!!

Katie and Blake- Thank you so much for choosing me to capture your wedding! It was one of the best weddings I have been able to shoot. Absolutely gorgeous! I know I keep saying it, but I MEAN IT!! I could not wait to share your photos with you. I hope you love them :)

Your pictures are gorgeous! I came across them while looking for robes to give as my bridesmaid gifts. I can not find short cute robes anywhere. Do you remember where you got yours?
