My name is Stefani Peterson, I am the lead photographer and owner of Tru Identity Photography+Designs.
I began Tru Identity in 2008, kind of by accident... I was a dance/drill team director and first grade teacher for three years when I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. I made the team and decided to put teaching aside (I could always go back to it) while I embraced this amazing opportunity of being a DCC. During this time, I bought my first Canon camera, learned the ins-and-outs of photography and shooting in manual, and started photographing anything and everything (and everyone) that would let me. And as they say, the rest is history!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the videos you have done! The main one at the top of the blog is amazing! The music and pictures flow so well together. I absolutely LOVE the video of Blake and Katie as well. I know them from Fellowship Church, and you have captured their special day so beautifully! I found myself starting to tear up at the video. You are truly talented Stefani!
