  • Welcome to Tru Identity Photography+Designs

    My name is Stefani Peterson, I am the lead photographer and owner of Tru Identity Photography+Designs.

    I began Tru Identity in 2008, kind of by accident... I was a dance/drill team director and first grade teacher for three years when I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. I made the team and decided to put teaching aside (I could always go back to it) while I embraced this amazing opportunity of being a DCC. During this time, I bought my first Canon camera, learned the ins-and-outs of photography and shooting in manual, and started photographing anything and everything (and everyone) that would let me. And as they say, the rest is history!

Chad+Elise, Castle Douglas Wedding in Rockwall

Mr. + Mrs. Chad Milligan were married in the fabulous Castle Douglas in Rockwall, TX! Talk about a Fairytale ending… or should I say beginning:)I love, love, love this couple!! They were so fun and unique throughout the entire process of their engagements, bridals, and into the wedding day with their First Look. Their families and friends were amazing, supportive, and thankful… not only to them but to me which was super unique and made it a wedding I will alway cherish and hold dear. Thank you for encouraging me and asking me to capture your special day!! Enjoy your photos and memories for a lifetime!

You are just precious, Stefani! For the 2389472 time, we LOVE our photos. It still brings a smile to my face everytime I look at them to see how perfect you captured every moment!
