Tru Identity Photography Blog bio picture
  • Welcome to Tru Identity Photography+Designs

My name is Stefani Peterson, I am the lead photographer and owner of Tru Identity Photography+Designs.

I began Tru Identity in 2008, kind of by accident... I was a dance/drill team director and first grade teacher for three years when I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. I made the team and decided to put teaching aside (I could always go back to it) while I embraced this amazing opportunity of being a DCC. During this time, I bought my first Canon camera, learned the ins-and-outs of photography and shooting in manual, and started photographing anything and everything (and everyone) that would let me. And as they say, the rest is history!

I love getting to know my clients and sharing in their special events! If you would like to talk further about your wedding photography or special event that needs to be remembered, feel free to shoot me an email by clicking the Contact link above.

    Thank you!
    Stefani

Chase+Rovi’Elle, Dallas Engagement Session

Chase, Rovi, and I hung out in Dallas a couple weeks ago and photographed their engagement session. I was super excited to photograph in the Design District of Dallas, since I had yet to photograph there and I love new locations. Rovi kept me laughing with her witty humor and positive outlook on EVERYTHING and I think even Chase (secretly) had a good time as well… don’t tell anyone though;)

Enjoy!

Looove these photos! They turned out so cute! I’d love to feature some of your Design District shots on my blog about the Dallas Design District, LowerOakLawn.com. Shoot me an email if you’re interested!

these are great! I love the one against the wall! And the one of them holding the pic from when they were younger! You are fabulous!
