Candice’s Bridals at The Fairmont Hotel {Dallas}

Candice’s bridals were photographed at the beautiful Fairmont Hotel in downtown Dallas. We absolutely love this hotel and their extra large curtained windows! For her bridals we mixed a little fashion/art photography with tradition and I think they came out just lovely. AND are her shoes FABULOUS or what!!!??!! ENJOY!

Holly & Travis Piazza in the Village Wedding {Colleyville}

Holly & Travis were married in September at one of our favorite venues, the Piazza in the Village. It has been so fun getting to know these two lovebirds and getting to share in the special day. We loved all their DIY wedding accents and accessories, even the Eagles/Cowboys garter and Groom’s Cake. I teased […]

Amanda & Ryan’s Wedding in McKinney

Amanda & Ryan were married in McKinney, TX in July. It started off as a gorgeous day but immediately after the ceremony a round of strong storms blew in and poured on us through the reception. Luckily we had a little break from the rain and grabbed a lovely pic with a rainbow in the […]

Hi Stefani! My husband and I LOVED your gender reveal and want to do the same thing for ours in a couple weeks! I know you mentioned that you just purchased pre-made poppers and filled them with the colored confetti but could you tell me a little more specifically how you did it?? It would be soooo appreciated!!

I have to ask – where did you find pink poppers (or even blue ones?) – my husband and I are planning our gender reveal party and just love this whole concept. I seem to only be able to find multi-color confetti!?

Hey, I love this! I am having a gender reveal party next weekend, and I have been looking every where for color specific party poppers. I can’t find them anywhere, and I am not savvy enough to make my own from scratch. I read that you got them from Party City, and just re made your own. How did you do that? It looked like you have a big one in the video ??? I was there today, (I live in Madison, WI) and I did not see any big ones. Can you give me some tips on what you did to make it work? Could I use the little ones do you think? I am going to have all of my gfs pull it at the same time, so I need at least 22 of them. (I know what I am having, they do not).

Thank you so much, and congrats on having a girl!

Hi! I was wondering how you made your cupcake labels and your popper labels? I love this idea and I have 3 weeks to prepare 🙂 Your help would be appreciative! Thanks!

I am really interested in how you made the party poppers. I know you bought at party city, emptied and put your own confetti in, but how? I didn’t know you could reuse party poppers. I would really like to do this for our gender reveal as well. Thanks!!

This was SO darling! Your’s is the one that made ME cry and want to do confetti. I love it! Congratulations, and thanks so much for sharing. 🙂

Hi!! I didn’t realize I had unread comments… sorry!! If it’s not too late, the poppers were very simple took a long time though. First, I emptied the confetti from the poppers just by taking off the lids and pouring out the confetti. Do not pop them, once you do they dont go back down. I kept the circle paper top though to put back on it at the end. Then I put in my colored confetti (pink or blue, accordingly) and put the circle paper top back on. Then I used label paper (from Staples) and printed my labels and wrapped them around the poppers with a little overlap at the top to keep the circle top on and I was done!!!
Hope that helped.

Thank you, that does help. At Party City, are the Party Poppers called Super Party Poppers?

I love everything about your Gender Reveal!! How long did it take you to put everything together? And what program did you use to print your labels and signs? We are getting ready for our GR in October and love what you did!
